Pleading the Blood
Leviticus 16:15-19 speaks of the blood of atonement sprinkled on the mercy seat for sin.
Colossians 1:12-15 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: 13Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:  14In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: 15Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
We, through Christ’s sacrifice, have come into the kingdom of Heaven. We are the priest’s of God making intercession through the Holy Ghost, praying in the Spirit of God (tongues) and with the understanding pleading Christ’s blood on those we are asking for mercy; “Speaking to those things that are not as though they were.”
Some instances to plead the blood:
Psalm 4 Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness: thou hast enlarged me when I was in distress; have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer.
Psalm 5 But as for me, I will come into thy house in the multitude of thy mercy: and in thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.
Psalm 6  O Yahuweh, rebuke me not in thine anger, neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.  2Have mercy upon me, O Yahuweh; for I am weak: O Yahuweh, heal me; for my bones are vexed. 3My soul is also sore vexed: but thou, O Yahuweh, how long? 4Return, O Yahuweh, deliver my soul: oh save me for thy mercies’ sake.
Why should God have mercy on you because of the blood of Messiah.
Plead the blood for His mercy on your transgressions and those you are interceding for. As the priest and children of Yahuweh we have authority in the kingdom to plead the blood of mercy on those around us and ourselves. The song says, “There is power in the blood.”
Psalm 147:11 Yahuweh takes pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy.
Jude 20-21 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, 21Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
The mercy is the shed blood for those who we intercede for. Plead the blood with faith and confidence, also praying in the Holy Ghost (tongues) watching and see all things working together to fulfill your request, to those who love God and the called for His purpose.
Father as we plead the Holy Blood of Your Son’s sacrifice may we stand in faith knowing your perfect will, will be preformed. This truly is the rest we enter into by Your Holy Spirit of truth.
